You are experienced in assessing business requirements and needs to define data projects. You understand the business needs of data projects and are able to generate IT leads from them. As a data Team Leader, you can translate AWS technology into business needs.

In your role as a Team Lead, you manage a team of technicians specialized in designing, implementing, supporting and maintaining data analysis, data storage and AI – managed services for TC2 clients, continuously optimizing existing managed services and adding new ones.

You represent business interests and values in customer-centric situations, providing direction for exciting and potential partners to maximize the opportunities in data management, storage and analysis.

In TC2, we develop our expertise based on market demands, potentially involving partners to deliver added value to our clients.

You are expected to lead a team of support technicians delivering TC2 managed services for support and operations for TC2’s client base, refine existing managed services, and create new ones. Manage the team’s optimal structure for their best performance, overview and develop key metrics, developing key technologies and areas for improvement in line with the company’s strategy. Build a knowledge base with client-specific operation runbooks,and upskill new team members.

Beside the expected 3-5 year working experience, a relevant experience in Data & AI and leadership-people management (Team-leader level) is preferred.
