Besides the exciting professional environment, what I like most about TC2 is the good community. The colleagues look out for each other, they are always helpful and there is a family atmosphere. Flexible working and close, friendly relationships with colleagues have always been important to me. I am very happy to be part of a supportive team where there is no problem we can't solve. Alongside ongoing professional support, I get plenty of opportunities to develop and test myself on different projects. Among many other things, what I would highlight is the flexibility. TC2 is absolutely flexible in terms of home-office opportunities, but outside of the day-to-day tasks, the company is also a cohesive one, with regular breakfasts and team-building sessions. 😊

What I enjoy most is doing the kind of work I love the most, which is technical, hands-on, but also involves writing, thinking in processes, teaching, which is all varied and creative work. There is always a challenge, I push - and widen - my boundaries - more, and I learn something new every day. Learning at TC2 is not (just) an expectation, it is a natural process of being here. Everyone has a basic need to learn and grow, we are full of plebes, when we are introduced to a new client or professional area there is a small crowd on Teams because there are so many people interested. Our weekly Friday afternoon knowledge transfer, Tech session, is almost always ‘sold out’ - and only afterwards do we go to the Lake Balaton. 😊 The management's guiding principle is that the employee, not the customer, is the most important thing. We've created a company culture that makes colleagues feel as comfortable as possible, and it's natural for everyone to strive to serve customers with respect and to the highest standards. There is also a very strong team spirit, so if anyone gets stuck or overwhelmed with anything, there is always someone willing to step in and help. We usually work together on projects, complementing each other. On top of all this, we have a good chat and laugh at regular breakfasts and team-buildings together, and Jager can run out at a respectable rate.
