InstantCMR sought high-availability, secure, cloud-based managed service and operations support for its mobile-related mobile applications.
InstantCMR develops and delivers mobile applications for its transport customers. This activity required high availability, secure, cloud-based managed service and operational support – to provide well-scalable and high-quality service to its customers. The primary purpose of the managed service was to control the traffic allowed from mobile devices to the Internet.
The solution provided by TC2 allowed the new gateway to be integrated into the iCMR system without having to make any changes to the existing infrastructure. This significantly reduced the cost and time required for testing and implementation. This allowed iCMR to gradually introduce the new managed service to its customers without causing any disruption to the use of the system. Our multi-level – AWS-based – monitoring and automatic error correction solutions allow us to eliminate a significant part of the problems without operator intervention, or to determine the exact cause of the error. This simplifies operator tasks and speeds up the troubleshooting process, resulting in a higher level of SLA for the service with lower operating costs.
The managed service developed by TC2 has been scaled according to the current SLA requirement of the iCMR and the expected load. However, as a result of the AWS-based solution, the system can be easily scaled both horizontally and vertically if the increase in traffic is required due to the increase in the expected SLA level or the expected expansion of iCMR’s customer base. iCMR has no responsibility for the TC2 solution provided as a managed service. TC2 performs all maintenance and troubleshooting tasks so iCMR can devote its own resources to further developing and operating its services.
