As a Team Lead, you lead a team of technicians who support and operate TC2’s customers, continuously optimizing existing managed services and adding new ones. Oversee your team’s on-call schedule for 24/7 support, develop key metrics, monitor and report on SLAs, alerts, and incidents. You’ll create a knowledge base with customer-specific operations guides and help train new team members.
Your tasks include preparing development proposals for architectural errors discovered during operational and support tasks. Feedback to designers and contractors is critical to working efficiently and with high quality.
